"When you want it done right!"Jason Goldsmith - OperationsJason Goldsmith is the head of Operations for Bauman Builders overseeing customer and subcontractor relationships in addition to Bauman Builders information systems. Jason was born in San Leandro, California and raised primarily in the East and North Bay Area. Jason spent a year in Iowa which helped him appreciate the fantastic California climate. Jason was a carpenter prior to being promoted to the Operations role. Jason's carpentry career started in college while studying set design and construction as part of his degree in Theatre.
